MARRIOTT RESIDENCE INN - Local radio advertising to promote events happening at hotel's ballroom as well as general branding. Campaign resulted in increased brand awareness, increased room bookings and sold out events.

This Marriott location has fairly new ownership and was recently renovated. Our goal was to increase brand awareness while creating successful events at the venue that would immediately boost revenue. As first quarter comes to a close and we evaluate our profitability and branding efforts, I’m thrilled to call our campaign a great success! Room bookings are up and every event we created sold out well in advance. The client is ecstatic!
